A dedicated lane is a pre-assigned, consistent freight route between the same pickup and delivery locations, usually on the same weekly schedule. Why we charge $450?
Security Deposit for New Carriers For carriers with newly issued Motor Carrier (MC) authority (less than two years old), the Company requires a one-time refundable security deposit of $450.00. This deposit is collected to ensure that new carriers demonstrate reliability in timely load pickup and delivery during the initial dedicated lanes (90–120 days). Once the carrier has successfully completed the agreed period of performance without default or service failure, the deposit will be refunded in full. Carriers with established MC authority (two years or more) are not subject to this deposit requirement.
Good News It’s Fully Refundable
Once you complete your first delivery, the $450 reservation fee is fully refunded as our way of showing commitment to your success and ensuring we only partner with drivers ready to roll. This fee includes a dedicated lane assignment with steady freight, complete dispatch setup and route planning, access to high-paying loads from our trusted shipper network, assistance with required documents and onboarding, and ongoing 24/7 dispatch support once you’re on the road. Our lane options cover a wide range, including regional round trips, local routes with daily home time (within 300 miles), long-haul cross-country lanes with premium pay, as well as Amazon relay lanes and government-contracted freight.
